The only honest test of a work shoe is a shift.
Wear them to work for sixty days. If they're wrong, send them back, worn, for your money back.
You can't tell if a work shoe works by standing in a shop. You can tell by hour nine on a Thursday. So we don't ask you to decide in the box.
Wear them on shift. Wipe them, scuff them, do sixty days of real work in them. If they're not right, click the link in your order email, print the free label, and send them back. Worn is fine. You get a different size, or your money back. No forms, no photos, no arguing.
The only honest test of a work shoe is a shift, and we'd rather pay for the test than have you limp through December in shoes you hate.

The terms, in plain English
| How long | 60 days from the day your order is delivered. |
|---|---|
| Condition | Worn is fine. Normal shift wear, scuffs, wipe marks, disinfectant marks and smell are all fine. Not covered: deliberate damage (cut, burnt or modified, for example vents cut into the top). |
| What you get | A full refund to your original payment method. |
| Which orders | Every order, every pack. |
| Part of a pack | Send everything back for a full refund, or keep some pairs and get the rest refunded pair by pair. |
| Postage | A free prepaid label. |
| Where | Every country we deliver to. |
| How many | One Shift Test per order. |
| One optional question | "What was wrong?": size · rubbing at the collar · footbed too hard · too hot · not allowed at work · the look. You can skip it. We never ask for photos. |
| Worn pairs | We never resell a worn pair. |
| Faulty pairs | A fault, like a sole coming away, is covered separately under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You never have to argue which route applies; we tell you. |
Your statutory rights are not affected. You can still cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
