Returns and refunds.
Every order comes with the Shift Test: sixty days of real shifts, worn returns.
| The size is wrong | Send it back with the free label for a refund, then order the right size. |

| They're not right after wearing them on shift | Refund within 60 days, worn. That's the Shift Test. |
| You changed your mind | Refund within 60 days, prepaid label. The Shift Test covers it. |
| A pair is faulty | A refund within 30 days, or a repair or replacement after that (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Postage on us. |
| The parcel arrived damaged or something is missing | Contact us and we'll put it right. |
Four steps
- Click "Start my return" in your order email. No login.
- Answer one optional question, or skip it.
- Print the free label, or use the QR code at a Post Office.
- A refund lands within five working days of the pair reaching us.
Part of a pack
Send everything back for a full refund, or keep some pairs and get the rest refunded pair by pair.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
