How does Buy 1, Get 1 Free work?

Choose your bag colour, then pick any colour for your second bag. The second bag is free. Each bag comes with its own woven strap, and you also pick 2 extra straps for free, so your order has 2 bags and 4 straps.

Can I choose a different colour for the free bag?

Yes. Your free bag can be any colour, including the same one.

How big is it?

8.7 × 5.9 × 2.8 in (22 × 15 × 7 cm).

What fits inside?

Phone (including Pro Max sizes), card holder, keys, sunglasses, lipstick, compact, earbuds and hand cream, split across two zip compartments with inner pockets.

How do the straps work?

Every strap clips onto the two side rings with swivel hooks. Unclip one, clip on another: it takes a few seconds. All straps are adjustable.

How do I care for it?

Wipe it clean with a soft damp cloth.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–14 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & guarantee

What if I don't love it?

You have 100 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What does the 1-year guarantee cover?

If a zip, clasp, hook or seam fails with normal use within 12 months, we replace it free of charge.
